24/7Calls currently has a newsletter to notify customers of changes to the system, new services or future updates. Customers have the ability to "opt" out of receiving these messages, however the customer will be responsible for any problems that arise with their service due to non-notification.

Some spammers have set their "from" address as a 24/7Calls domain. These are not from us or any of our network and we strongly advise people not to buy from people who attempt to start a commercial relationship by lying.

- Potions/Services designed to change or alter any part of your anatomy
- Any form of free/paid for adult content
- "Get rich quick" schemes
