We want you to be able to try a dmNumber without feeling that there is any risk. If you do not like your dmNumber for any reason, you can have all your money back, providing the following conditions are met:

• You have incurred usage charges of less than £5
  (if you have more then we will deduct the usage from the refund).
• You paid within 7 days of ordering
• You notify us within 14 days of ordering the product
